What we collect

The name you choose to give, your email address, your message, the language of the site you used and the time of sending.

Why

To read and reply to your message. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Where

Messages are stored in Microsoft Azure in the European Union. We do not send them to third parties for marketing. To read and sort messages we use an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude); message content is processed by Anthropic for that purpose under their terms.

How long

12 months from sending, after which messages are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to the processing. Send the request through the form. You may also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
